Develop and implement marketing plans and manage the branding order to meet the brand objectives in line with the company vision, mission, strategy and brand objectives.
• Brand Equity :
Develop brand communication which effectively reflects the brand objectives in order to build brand equity
• Brand Health & Strategies:
Monitor and manage brand health in order to meet all key brand health indicators.
Develop Brand strategies based on consumer insights from consumer research and Trackers for KSA and International markets in order to improve brand health.
• New Product Development ( NPD) / Brand Initiatives (BI):
Manage and launch Brand’s NPD / Brand Initiatives in order to introduce new products that meet the consumer needs and insights .
• Marketing Plan & Budget:
Implement annual brand plans and activities in order to meet the short and long term brand objectives.
• Pricing & Profitability:
Implement price revisions to meet agreed gross margin targets of relevant Stock keeping units.
• Consumer Research:
Conduct consumer research whenever required based on brand issues and opportunities.
• Consumer and Retail Trackers:
Regularly analyze all brand trackers in order to identify brand issues and opportunities.
• Internal Co-ordination:
Improve and manage internal co-ordination with important departments for timely executions of brand plans and actions.
• Managing existing Accounts: Responsible for the professional service of existing customers including packaging material orders, deliveries, payments, claim handling, innovation proposals and co-ordination of technical support.
• Establish monthly sales forecasts on customer sleeve orders in cooperation with customers and ensure these are accurate.
• Collect of Accounts Receivables and pro-actively follow up all contractual obligations of customers during the whole contract period.
• Identify and meet with potential new customers to develop new business opportunities.
• Establish and oversee implementation of key account plans.
• Observe activities of all existing and new players in our customers’ markets and provide these observations for input into strategy planning
• Develop and implement key strategic projects as instructed by Country Manager
Support the Country Manager daily activities when he is on leave (leave requests, clearance forms, absence justifications, hotel requests, car requests, purchase orders, …).
• Arrange for intermittent updates of the area customers profiles, roadmaps and price waterfall.
Develop and maintain a structured server backup for all Key Account Managers.
