● Monitor all operational & maintenance activities including bulk loading & unloading, storage tanks, pipeline systems, compressor and pumps. ● Responsible to all mechanical System for the installation, start up and commissioning of a LPG Cylinder Manufacturing Plant (1000pcs per day), Steel structure project, 5 ton capacity LPG mother terminal project. Inspection & quality control of metal forming press line(300 kn, 150 kn & 100 kn), Trimming & joggling, De-greasing, Welding(SMAW, SAW, TIG & MIG), Shot blasting, Zinc coating, Powder coating etc)
● Partial responsibility for the selection of some contractors, offsite fabricators, check of design, documentation from a local institute, prepared of local financing, procurement of materials.
●Estimation of materials and evaluation of alternative Forecasting of spare parts, fault diagnostic. Responsible to all incoming raw materials are as per DOT 4 BA/BW-240 or equivalent standards.
●Prepare equipment technical specifications to assist purchasing department with equipment sourcing. Inspection mill certificate of raw materials as per standards.
● Working with management team on production, sales and human resources of the Plant.
● Coordinating safety members on issues of safety and hygiene of employees and maintain the entire safety of plant, Men and Material.
●Overseeing the production process drawing up a production schedule and adjusting schedules as needed.
● Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. Any other works assigned by the higher Management.
● Coordination in legal and Govt. affairs for the improvement of Plant and Organization.
● Implementation works for New Projects, for improving the efficiency and productivity of Plant.
●Active role in Signing contract on LPG filling assistance with Bangladesh petroleum Corporation Ltd,
● Reports to Head Quarters
●Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternative Forecasting of spare parts, fault diagnostic.
●Prepare equipment technical specifications to assist purchasing department with equipment sourcing.
●Daily, weekly, monthly, biannually and annual reports envisaging the unit performance to optimize energy and chemical consumption besides better unit operation
●Calculated efficiency and equivalent operation hours.To maintain plant production according to batch way.To perform design work and able to interact technically with other sections.
●Identified opportunities for plant productivity, reliability, safety and environmental performance.
●Monitoring the unit through real time data Process Information & Control System (PICS).
●Working knowledge in Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping Components, and Inspection techniques.To follow up quality of product (MS, SS1, KSO, MTT) & control RVP, IBP, FBP, Density.
I have worked on Equity Petroleum Oil Refinery Project under Erection.
● Hands on experience in the troubleshooting and repair of Centrifugal & Reciprocating Compressors, Steam Turbines, Gearboxes, Turbo-Machinery, Pumps.
● Experience in P&D, project execution, or projects involving oil and gas pipeline systems.
● To apply technique for cost control. To Preparation of maintenance investment plans and spending forecasts.
● To ensure schedules and cost estimates are appropriate for the project scope and risks.
● Capable to handle Isometric Drawing, DP Test of TIG Welding, ARC Welding, High carbon steel pipe line joint & overall project.
●Technical bid evaluation which received from the GES through the Material Department.
● Ability to perform Steel Structural Design and administrative tasks with competence.
● Carry out various test such as hydraulic pressure test, welding test, pipe line, Flashing, water line pressure test etc.
● Effectively communicated with procurement department in monitoring the delivery of supplies to ensure installation completion met the project timeline. Prepare project schedules and action plans to meet deadlines.
● Finalizing of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and verification against installed equipment/ line ups and configuration.
Generators (Caterpillar), High Pressure Boiler, Commissioning ETP-120m3/hr, R.O Plant, Washing Machine, WTP, Piping, HVAC
•Ensure adequate supervision, labor, equipment and materials are available during execution of maintenance activity of each and every type of job and post job evaluation.
•Prepared data sheets and optimized equipment performance and costs through selection of material and equipment.
•Prepare bill of materials.Meet vendors and discuss technical issues.
•Planning & execution of shutdown maintenance program.Assist in preparations for a successful Pre Start up Audit.
•Find out Technical Problem, Forecasting, Inventory Control & Quality Assurance, Safety Environment and giving solution.
•Assessing initial set-up requirements and implementing maintenance solutions accordingly.
•Coordinating with all departments to ensure desired production and maintaining the international compliance rules & regulations.
Generators (Perkins), Rotary cutting m/c, Chiller, Gear box, Color coating, Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Heat treatment.
• Engineering coordination, generate contract particular & general scope of work, procedure, project cost estimation, contract claims & variation affair.
• Prepared spare part lists based upon manufacturer specifications.
• Optimized equipment performance and costs through improved maintenance
• Coordinated activities with multidisciplinary teams to achieve and meet project requirements
• Preparing Breakdown Analysis & material necessary for the execution of maintenance works.
• To ensure safe & good working of equipments and technicians.
• Operation and maintenance grease and oil lubrication system in rolling Parts and gear box.
