- Responsible for managing a wide range of operations projects.
- Ensure that operations deliverables are completed consistently and on time, and that they meet quality standards and the client's requirements.

-Provide customer with periodically reports.
-Define KPIs and introduce it in BI to Stakeholders (Qlik Sense).

And minor) handling and replacement of faulty parts. RF connectors reworking, RF Antenna replacement. Updating and maintaining the labels of indoor/outdoor jumpers. Cabinets, DDF and DC cables, circuit breakers etc.
Project Supervisor Assistant for NEU Project, Issuing DNS, and Delivering Telecom Equipment to sites, supervision of the site installation and commissioning, and handling sites to customer.
Maintaining current clients and attracting new ones, help clients solve any problems that arise afterwards.
Attends the sales presentations to explain the product and answer questions or concerns, introduces the company’s product, and closes the sale, do the after sales follow up.
