• Define industrial production policy in line with the company's global strategy
• Ensuring the implementation of strategies defined by the group's operational management at a plant level
• Planning the overall allocation of resources (human, material and economic) on the production site and the general organisational procedures
• Participate in investment choices concerning the manufacturing unit
• Monitor and report on the results of operational activities (cost centres) to owners
• Define, in agreement with the owners the key performance indicators to evaluate for the proper functioning of the production line
• Define the main guidelines of production and support services policy in conjunction with the various managers (maintenance, general services, organisation etc.)
