Accountable for end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across GCC & Egypt across multiple functions, clients and divisions.
Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that is designed to deliver efficient and effective business needs.
Build the recruitment capabilities of the recruiters to source, interview and select candidates.
Ensuring a constant talent pipeline by working closely with the business stakeholders and line managers to anticipate future needs.
Evaluate talent and assess client demands in terms of their recruitment needs, identifying the competencies & candidates’ qualifications based on the job description and requirements and/or as per the RFPs/RFQs.
Managing candidate experience and clients experience for 30+ active positions per month.
Support company operations by providing top quality service and talent management to support business and client operation’s needs.
Salary negotiations, generating offer letters, conducting background checks, and routing the post offer documentation, organizing induction programs for the new joiners.
Ensure that all phases of the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, selection, negotiation of offers and reference or background checks are properly executed to meet Omnix policy and procedure.
Build job descriptions and job analysis.
Conducting & leading Annual Salary Surveys.
End to End Recruitment tasks
• Leading the recruitment team handling recruitment of outsourced IT candidates
hired mainly through Omnix to our clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jordan and KSA for
IT and non IT Vacancies.
• Liaison between our company and our clients in terms of their recruitment needs,
identifying the competencies & candidates’ qualifications by studying job description
and job qualification and/or as per the RFPs.
• Searching and headhunting suitable candidates through the recruitment portals &
other employment websites such as LinkedIn.
• Maintain CVs database for all the positions especially those with high turnover.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; using newsgroups and job portals.
• Conducting phone interviews with prospective candidates, negotiating salary
packages and discussing the work duties, salary and benefits.
• Doing background checks and verifying the references, work experience and
academic qualifications of applicants.
• Screening, testing and assessing candidates and arranging face to face/ telephone
interviews by coordinating with the client & the candidate both to fit their schedules.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards and regulations.
HR Administration
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases. (e.g. leaves records)
• Preparing forms, templates, and other HR-related documents.
• Prepare Salary Certificates, HR letters, NOC etc….. as required.
• Administering Job Offers and follow up with our PR team throughout the visa
process.
• Handling all paper work and archives related to the recruitment process.
• Handling employees queries about HR-related issues.
• Working under the ESS division team in Dubai handling the recruitment of the outsourced IT candidates hired for our clients mainly in Banking & Telecom domains.
• Working under the ESS division team handling recruitment for the ESS Divisions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Liaison between our company and our clients in terms of their recruitment needs, identifying the competencies & their qualification of the candidates, in other cases determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualification or working as per the RFPs.
• Searching and headhunting suitable candidates through the recruitment portals & websites.

• Making screening telephone interviews and negotiating the salary package with the candidates to filter them to our clients.
• Contacting the clients & sending them the filtered CVs of candidates.
• Promptly informing the rejected candidates about the reason for the rejections.
• Arranges face to face/ telephone interviews by coordinating with the client & the candidate both to fit their schedules.
• Preparing files of candidates in case of acceptance to be then transferred to the PRO team for the visa processing.
• Responsible of monitoring for the outsourced candidates leaves balance.
• Calculations and deductions of outsourced candidates leaves.
• Maintain, organize and update candidate database.
• Handling all paper work and archives related to the recruitment process.
In the Recruitment field:
. Assisting separtments with their reruitment needs first through identifying them when needed and then contacting agencies or Posting and advertising for the Vacancies through different means and Social media.
. Interviewing candidates and administering job offers.
.Preparing new Job descriptions and updating new ones.
.Handling comeptency and behavioral based interviews.
.conducting exit interviews.
.Follwoing up with the new hires, making inductions to them and responsible for following up with them and their supervisores during the probation period.
.Conducting probation period evaluations reports and handling meetings.
HR Management:
• Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues.
• Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review.
• Assisting in the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Leading staff with evaluation of duties, job specs, qualifications, pay ranges when hiring or reevaluating jobs.
• Liaison between the Upper Management and the Staff.
Personnel:
• Prepare, distribute and monitor visitor injury follow-up/corrective measure report.
• Handling personnel related tasks like Social insurance and Medical insurance applications for the employees.
• Excellent knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
• Good Knowledge of UAE Labor Law - (The Labor Law studied beside the Egyptian Law as part of the HR Diploma).
Training:
• Coordinate and schedule soft skills and technical training for new hires and current employees.
• Handling & Submitting all Training proposals proposed by IT Synergy Cloud Academy to the Clients.
• Handling, preparing & implementing all Courses held by IT Synergy Cloud Academy.
• Preparing Attendance Certificates and Handling the International ones.
• Evaluate training courses materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts according to ISCA Standards and the International standards.
Administration:
• Handling Customer relations & Translation tasks as assigned.
• Handling administration related tasks as assigned.
• Participating in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
• The Contact Person with the UN Global compact as the Company is a member of it, in addition to writing the COP (Communication on Progress) document each year and attending all the meetings of the members that is held by the Global Compact.
• Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through contacting agencies or advertisers.
• Process, post, advertise and monitor new job requisitions.
• Calling Candidates to schedule interview appointments.
• Screening Interviews via telephone.
