Preparing on site and off site quantity verification and confirmation with regard to payments and variation works.
Checking and verifying of all invoices from subcontractor.
Maintaining a register of payments.
Checking materials on and off site and verify delivery and acceptance from the client’s representative for payment approval.
Preparing the records of all subcontractors’ agreements and payments.
On site verification of final accounts submitted by the subcontractors and suppliers, adjusting as necessary.
Prepare and maintain cash flow for subcontractors’ work.
Prepare estimation of variation works.
Ability to advice client on commercial and contractual matters and prepare financial and commercial report
Preparing the Payment certificate for the work of subcontractors
Preparing reports to the managing surveyor/commercial Manager.
