Appointed as Senior Sales & Leasing Manager in charge of the following:
Direct sales of properties and plots.
Brokers sales
Management of Direct sales team
Management of Brokers communications and registration
Leasing of commercial properties and plots.
Developing new business, sales and leasing leads.
Managing events, promotions, special launches, mall promotions.
Assisting in marketing related strategies and activities.
Managing day-to-day operations in the Sales center.
Recruiting sales personnel and sales center stuff.
Participating in off-plan development and preparations of designs and launches for Villas, Residential Buildings and Hotel Serviced apartments, with detail oriented in managing the entire process.
Revising and preparing Lease Contracts and SPA's.
Setting meetings with high-end investors locally and overseas.
Following up with CRM and Contract depts.
Liaising with Marketing dept. to conduct Road Shows overseas.
Handling a high-end network of Investors.
• Managing the sales&leasing process from start to finish, presenting products in a compelling way, overcoming objectives, building relationships.
• Maximizing corporate profitability by skillfully negotiating contracts
• Responsible for sales plan, marketing and promoting project by project
• Find viable properties, review sites and provide due diligence research
• Changing and handling reporting systems.
• Buying properties and inventory for the company
Handling a team of 8 consultants.
Setting budgets and targets along with training .
Handling the day to day sales process and administration.
Setting meeting overseas with investors within the Gulf, Russia and Africa.
Setting targets, trainings, Budgets for the dept.
Liaising with Marketing to conduct roadshows.
Handling a team of 18 senior sales consultants.
Responsible for day to day showroom management, used car evaluation, PDI, sales training.
