• Starting the planning’s and operations of the new company by own.
• Purchase of Products, Visiting Shows and Seminars to select and finalise new products and new agencies.
• Recruitment of division staffs, sales, administration, logistics etc.

Managing and Developing all Key Accounts by developing business programs supported with performance. Handling entire Key Accounts team in Dubai. Make business review with key customers. Plan promotions according to the customer promo calendar. Developing account specific standards for merchandising, range, promotions, pricing & equipment. Establish & negotiates CDAs within company’s policies & budget and monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where appropriate. Maintaining a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution & adherence to agreements.
Handle an international brand Cadbury for NTDE. Implementing of sales programs for the Northern Emirates Area. Overseeing & monitoring the distribution of consumables & service support to the existing accounts. Ensuring good & strong relationship with clients & generating new accounts, target achievement.
Maintain customer database. Monitor market trends. Gather market and customer information. Troubleshoot in matters of documentation, delivery and service. Check quantities of goods on display and in stock. Increase sales volume.
