I have 4 subordinates reporting to me directly who in order leading a team of 7-9 employees, these include GL section, A/P, A/R & payroll / Tax. I had played a major rule in implementing new ERP system Dynamics AX in Etisalat Afg.
My main responsibilities in this role include work closing with my team to prepare monthly management accounts for CFO, Management board and Head office.
Make sure payments initiated and received from customers and suppliers in accordance with the SLA agreed internally. We make sure payroll for both national & internal employees are processed on time.
I am responsible for coordinating external audit organized by PwC on quarterly and yearly basis and make sure deadline agreed with the head office are met.

Roshan is the leading GSM Mobile services provider, the largest telecom operation in Afghanistan and the most advanced network serving over 4 million active subscribers, invested more the $600 millions in CAPEX, over $300 Million turnover per year EBITA of $60 million per year, over 1000 BTS station providing services all over Afghanistan, over 1500 direct employees, providing thousands of indirect job to the people of the country.
There are 6 Managers both national & international reporting to me directly who in order were leading a team of 8- 15 employees. These managers were managing budgeting & planning dept, financial accounting dept, and accounts payable, accounts receivable (billing and collection)
My main responsibilities in this role include looking over monitoring the planning stage of budget, coordinating & monitoring budget and reporting the same to the budget holders, making sure accounts are prepared for both internal and external purposes based on US GAAP on timely basis.
Preparing presentation for MPR, board of directors, management board, benchmarking, working closing with the lenders and others stakeholders to raise funds, make sure covenants are met, monitoring working capital and involved and strategic aspect of company.
I was responsible for developing and building team and make sure my direct subordinate and team members have appropriate knowledge and expertise to do their jobs properly.
I was responsible for makings sure the income tax return/ TDF / Revenue tax / BRT / withholding taxes returns are filled on time and making sure payments are made to the government in accordance with the income tax law of Afghanistan.
