*Building and managing SOP and policies for the procurement department form supplier qualification to payment terms.
*Manages strategic supplier relationships in coordination with CPO and SBU’s procurement, as needed.
*Coordination with Finance Department maintaining sheets.
*Monitoring Logistics from different Suppliers.
*Finding reliable, quality Suppliers that will meet the Company's specifications in order to provide competitive pricing and commitment for delivery requirements.
*Reviewing and negotiate all prices and list of suppliers in a periodic time to ensure company obtained the maximum discount and service required.
*Ensuring all Purchase Orders are in compliance with quotations and released as per company's regulations.
*Ensure the Procurement Process is running smoothly as planned.
*Follow up with Vendors in a way to prevent delay of material and to update COC department about any delivery deviations.
*Preparing all the documentation requirements, shipping procedures and legalization requirements for importation and Banking (LCs, DA etc.) to ensure smooth flow of paperwork and avoiding demurrage charges.
Currently i am working in Mobilink Contact center Islamabad . my job responsibility is CCR. as CCR i facilitate the customers on live calls . making complaints and solving customer issues regarding network .
