Reporting directly to the Director of Catering Sales
•In charge of acquiring, developing and retaining group and catering accounts of the hotel
•Negotiates deals, rates and packages to all clients, prepares proposals, contracts
•Planned and implemented sales monthly strategy to maximize sales
•Generates daily, monthly and weekly reports to aid in monitoring departmental performance
•Monitored function room blockings, utilizations and event planning to maximize revenues and ensure guest satisfaction
•Plans and conducts sales calls, hotel site inspections and entertainment activities
•Promotes the overall hotel monthly activities
•Performs regular competition checks on the different competitor hotels and confirms site inspection in different competitor hotels for the whole team to gain more knowledge about our competitor’s products and services
•Departmental trainer of the catering sales section

• In charge of the maintenance of all the hotels online group booking websites and attends various webinars and sales seminars of these online channels.
