Project Supervision:
• Supervising Architectural finishes
• Interior fit-out quality control, ensuring that the works executed base on the project contract and approved plans
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in finishing

• Coordinating with the Local Authority/Municipality, Third party Design Consultant and specialty sub-contractors.
• Leading the Architectural design process and coordinating design information with technical Engineering team - MEPs.
• Provide solutions to all related Architectural design issues.
• Review and evaluate Subcontractors technical offer and pre-qualification process.
• Preparation of Shop drawing, BOQ & Specification.
• Represent the company at client, supplier and contractors’ meetings
• Prepare minutes of meeting and correspondence letter
• Preparation of pricing for Tender bid projects

Variation Orders for Civil, Architectural and Infrastructure works.
Prepares and analyzes costing of material, manpower, and requirements for optimum utilization.
Prepares Pre-qualification documents.
Evaluates price comparison and costing summary of Subcontractors / Suppliers.
Evaluates Subcontractor’s Billings.
Able to read & interpret drawings and identify hidden implications & liabilities.
Ensures all contract requirements are met.
