ROLE DESCRIPTION.
•Perform work through safety inspection time to time, reviews the results and ensure all deficiencies are corrected.
•Coordinating staff during emergency and critical situation.
• Coordination of information between security and senior management.
•Investigate the accident, incident and near misses and make report.
•Provision any necessary PPE to security and visitors.
•Preparation of reports on risk assessment and submit results to the HSE manager.
•Ensuring that all identified hazards is properly mitigated and reduces to the minimum level.
•Arrangement of security off days.
•To give training to workers and give advice to management for workers those have to pass through training relating to their work.
•Actively participate to promote ‘’ZERO ACCIDENT PHILOSOPHY’’.
• Prepare (NCR) non-conformance report on workers that doesn’t ready to comply with safety rules.
•Monitoring HSE compliance of all staffs by wearing all mandatory PPEs.
•Initiate emergency response drill as per scheduled scenario in work site and act as observer.
•Assist in developing safety plan and ensure that the policies and procedures comply with the clients’ requirement.
•Ensure proper Induction, training and toolbox for permanent and temporary staff on safety precautions. etc.
