Duties & Responsibilities involved (In Project & Tender Department)
- Taking- off Quantities in detail and preparation comparison sheet for management evaluation.
- Review of the specifications, drawings and comply with the BOQ
- Preparation of rate analyze for variation.
- Preparation of Interim payment application.
- Maintain Site Records for Extension of time, Lost & profit claims
- Working with Variation Orders and Cost claims.
- Preparation of Sub Contractor’s Payment certificates.
- Take off the quantities as per Drawings and Specifications.
- Preparation of BOQ with actual quantities and identify the discrepancy between the tender documents.
- Responsible for document handling from receipt of tender to submission of tender
