Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with assigned accounts. Establishing plan to
adequately cover and support existing customers and to continue to increase customer portfolio and
uncover new opportunities.
Preparing a clear techno‐commercial offer/ bids, for oil & gas, process and chemical industries and
projects.
Liaison with the client and provide technical support regarding the products and to establish a close
relationship with client.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products,
delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
Evaluation of Material test certificates (MTC), Mill test certificate, COC for the supplied packages.
Planning, organizing and managing booth at international exhibitions like ADIPEC, PVPC EXPO etc.
Versed with ASTM International Standards, valve standards from API, valve material suitability for
different applications.
Preparing costing for the requested packages and projects including supply, integration and service of
actuators.
Analyze requests for quotation (RFQ), including commercial and technical specifications to develop
effective, accurate and professional quotations.
Worked along with Sr. Engineer to bag prestigious projects with ADMA‐OPCO, ADGAS, DEWA etc..
To plan and prepare business plan and product presentations targeting big EPC’s and end users.
Preparing and submitting material submittals to contractor in order to obtain approval.
Monitor scheduled shipment dates for packages of key customer’s to ensure timely delivery and
communicating with factory to expedite when needed.
Clients served during my tenure: ADNOC group of companies, Large EPC’s, Power companies etc in
mainly in UAE & Middle East region.
Witnessing hydro test and pneumatic test and report submission as per API 598 standard.
Providing daily reports to the Sr. Engineer regarding daily activities and potential RFQ’s.
Business development by cold calling prospective client and following up to get RFQ’s.
Assisting service engineer on case to case basis for testing and commissioning of electric actuators at
site.
Prepares Inspection Test Plan, QA/QC plan for incoming materials.
Visual Inspection of steel Casting like gate valve components, plug valve components as per applicable standards.
Interpretation of RT films and marking for repairs.
Monitor and observe operations to ensure they meet production standards.
Conduct monthly defect analysis as a part of Continuous Quality Improvement plan as inputs for methoding, moulding, and melting departments.
Dimension inspection of sample products.
Coordinate with client and inspection authorities.
Report Inspection data & Handle company documents discreetly.
Completed bachelors in mechanical engineering under Visvesvaraya technological university.
