Working as HR Executive- Employee Services Since 01/10/2015 up to date. The responsibilities:
• New Recruits - Processing visas/labour approvals coordinating with PR. Entering new recruits into the Contract Services System. Booking tickets & making transportation/accommodation arrangements (if required) for new staff. Preparing Salary Advices for new staff salaries that are not yet entered into the payroll system. Adding them into medical insurance.
• Preparing Probation Appraisal forms for the new staff.
• Preparing Salary Certificates/Salary Transfer Letters/Consulate/Embassy Letters for all staff.
• Handle employee’s leaves (all types of leaves.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc).
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc).
• Providing clerical and administrative support to staff of the Human Resources department.
• Maintaining employee personnel files.
• Making decisions in the absence of senior HR executives.
• Dealing with employee complaints and grievances.
• Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information
