• Oilfield Corrosion Monitoring & Inspection in designing phase & after commissioning stage.
• Wax/Paraffin treatment product screening & evaluation.
• Mercaptan removal product screening and treat rate recommendation/optimization.
• On call for technical support services via phone, email and onsite.
• Tendering process evaluation for products, treat rate and optimization program.
• Meeting with Clients to Promote Chemical Products.
• Product Screening & Selection after an extensive Lab Testing regarding Crude Oil Demulsification.
• Commissioning of the recommended Specialty Products at Field Site.
• To perform all the essential lab testing for the regular monitoring of operations in order to optimize the Chemical Treatment.
• To conduct Frequent Field Visits for Trouble shooting and for Technical recommendations to run the system further smooth.
• To arrange Meetings and Presentations with existing and future potential clients.
• To maintain the inventory of Specialty products at Field site and also taking part in import of Chemicals Consignment accordingly.
2. As a Trainee Engineer
• Help to oversee the day-to-day operation of the processing plant.
• Monitor production and deal with problems.
• Work closely with quality control and health and safety managers.
• Work with plant designers and engineers to design machinery and other equipment.
• Use computer models to work out the safest and most cost-effective production methods.
• Plan how to move lab tests into a pilot production phase.
• Plan large-scale industrial processing.
• Develop methods to deal with by-products and waste materials in environmentally-friendly way.
3. As a Senior Supervisor HSE
• To ensure the implementation of ISO 14004-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007 standards at workplace.
• To ensure the implementation of Local and National standards at workplace.
• Identification and risk analysis through timely assessment of risk, set out hazard control measures and risk mitigation strategy through advance HSE plans and provision of safe working procedures.
• Weekly and monthly reporting to Management Representative (MR HSE) including safe act observations, firefighting systems, HSE theme of the Month, work permits record, departmental toolbox meetings record, monthly HSE Trainings, Safety Committee Meetings and then Minutes of Meeting etc.
• To maintain documentation for Internal and External Audits according to ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007 standards.
• To set yearly HSE Objectives and Targets including legal requirements and follow up from concerned departments for their achievement.
• Conduct health and safety inspections and prepare reports of all the company’s operations.
• Conduct regular Internal Audit in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.
• To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance.
• Conduct safety awareness program and safety trainings.
• To bring new techniques for improving health, safety and welfare to the attention of the Management for health and safety
