Duties & Responsibilities:
• Finalize the Contractor’s Interim Payment Application and prepare the payment certificate and recommendation for client approval.
• Review all subcontractor/supplier invoices and issue the interim payment certificate (IPC).
• Performs all necessary quantity take-offs required.
• Reviews and replies to all correspondences regarding payments and variations with subcontractors/suppliers.
• Identifying and measuring Variations with proper Supporting Documents and obtaining approval from the consultant.
• Preparing material at site for claims.
• Raising Request for information to the Engineering Department regarding detailed clarification in Drawings/ Specification
• Prepare the Cost Report on every month to determine the actual cost expenditures.
• Preparing BOQ based on the latest Shop Drawings.
Major Project: Project No-U0727 DBLP- Design and Build of Lusail Palace
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review all subcontractor/supplier invoices and issue the interim payment certificate (IPC).
• Take off necessary quantities for Civil & MEP
• Identifying and measuring Variations with proper Supporting Documents and obtaining approval from a consultant.
• Preparing the Rate Build-up sheet/ Star Rate for new items.
• Review of subcontractor contract documents.
• Drafts and finalizes contract documents for Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Service Providers (LOA & LOI)
• Prepares Bill of Quantities for LOA & SCA.
• Prepares Letter of Credit (LC) Request to Finance.
• Prepares Estimated Project Budget and budget revisions, and monitors Actual Cost.
• Monitors the Project's expenditures against Budget and highlights Over runs.
• Updates Logs (LOA, SCA for Consultancy /Subcontractors/ Service Providers & Suppliers).
Major Project: CP07-B Lusail Plaza Infrastructure, LRT Station, Car Park and Landscape - Involved in Post-Contract Activities / Construction of Al Bustan Street South & Construction & Upgrading of Mesaimeer Road -. Involved in Pre-Contract Activities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review and approve the subcontractor’s payment applications, claims, and variations.
• Prepare budgetary estimates from design concepts for all disciplines including cost estimates; cost planning, cost analysis, and procurement analysis.
• Preparation of Monthly Certification as per the site progress.
• Review material quotations to provide technical authorization to the procurement department.
• Site run/visit in case of any new modification/ changes in the design and instruct the construction team for necessary action.
• Compare the quantities with respect to Bill of quantities provided by the consultant.
• Send enquiries to the supplier and get the quotation as per the specification.
• Documentation for Pre-qualification for contract and controlling Vendor database
• Preparing Tender Request form for materials.
Major Project: Urban Regeneration Project City of Colombo (Construction of 120 housing units 12 stories) at Colombo (LKR 2.2m).
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparing the Weekly/Monthly progressive reports for submission to a consultant.
• Dealing with subcontractors and following up work schedule by comparing it with the contractual schedule.
• Comparing the previous revision drawings to the latest issued revision.
• Preparing Bill of Quantities.
• Quantifying and ordering required concrete and other materials quantities.
• Visiting the site to verify the Subcontractor's work done.
• Site Supervising and monitoring.
