Bedside the normal work in planning and procurement department, I cooperated with the Teamwork to achieve the following projects:-
Made a project through which the company saved about 150 K USD.
Suggested to introduce own brand for BTC company.
Succeeded to make an OEM contract with a Chinese company in order to make “BTC T.V “which is the 1st own brand in the history of the company.

Travelling Abroad Experience

Travelled to Malaysia in order to choose and negotiate about 2012 new Panasonic models.
Travelled to China to attend Canton fair to study new partners to introduce new BTC brands in gas heater and fans.

Job Responsibilities:
Receive the yearly / quarterly sales forecast; also receive the export yearly forecast.
2) Study the sales forecast taking into consideration the available lines capacity and the available stocks of finished goods and raw & Packaging materials.
3) Set plans for production and for materials supply.
4) Review MRP on a regular basis and place purchase orders accordingly to ensure orders / supplies are in line with the production plan.
5) Analyze days of supply on hand.
6) Insure proper alignment of the planned purchasing orders taking into consideration the minimum order quantities, lead time, …..etc.
7) Coordinate the new products launches process by working closely with Marketing, Production, R&D, & Purchasing
8) Analyze bill of materials for new models and prepare internal BOM file according to CKD & SKD
9) Responsible for coordinating any toll manufacturing by submitting / receiving all kind of information between the company and the client.
10) Follow-up on all production lines ensuring the production is following the preset production plan.
11) Conduct regular meetings with production / sales to address all open issues.
12) Follow-up regularly on the other department (Q.C. for under inspection items, Purchasing for open P.O., Warehouses for storage capacity ...etc ).
13) Issue a quarterly report showing the actual production vs. sales forecast.
14) Analyze slow moving and obsolete inventory and issue relevant reports.
15) Review and suggest ways to improve the current flow process
16) Investigate root cause for unfavorable trends; implement corrective actions where appropriate.
17) Manages the local and the foreign purchasing cycle for the company.
18) Develops department policy and procedure.
19) Arranges vendor contracts, bargains for best costs, and observes quality of the purchased materials.
20) Selects sources based upon analysis.
21) Evaluate international suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the suppliers reputation and history.
22) Make sure that all internal laws and regulations are being followed.
23) Set the criteria for selecting different suppliers and vendors.
24) Negotiate with internal / local suppliers for contracts.
25) Expedites purchase orders by identifying and resolving vendor or shipment problems
26) Follow up logistics, ETA & ETD schedules.
27) Follow up inventory and keep stocks safe.
28) Follow up suppliers’ transactions and accounts.
29) Follow up with QC to ask for a replacement for defective received parts or ask for a claim.
30) Prepare the costing of the models.
31) Follow up cost up and cost down for parts and suggest solutions for cost down.
