Leading a team of 400 resources in developing safety management plans and monitoring the implementation of the same as per guidelines; conducting safety inspections / IMS system implementation audit at various ongoing sites audits, occupational health surveys, surveillance and field auditing for compliance with a team of workers
Formulating & implementing:
o Site HSES plans & procedures in accordance with the mandatory requirements for site HSES protocols.
o Shutdown related HSES audits and inspections, emergency procedures and evacuation plans, specific confined space rescue plans, ensuring all personnel are aware of the procedures, plans & emergency assembly points
o Health & Safety program to complement HSE Management System
Adhering to HSE objective, participated in HSE committees, compliance of rules pertaining to machinery, vehicles, confined space & others
Complying the safety data of near-miss incidents, accidents, fire & spill and calculated their frequency & severity
Ensuring all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are in working condition and are used by workers as per job requirement.
Monitoring the implementation of emergency response plan, HSE training, HSE communication, HSE campaign, HSE statistics, hazard & risk assessment, and work permit procedure
Developing plans for implementation of ISO 14001/2015 & OHSAS 18001/2007
Attending safety meetings, toolbox meeting with safety personnel on weekly/ monthly basis and advising/ suggesting safe working system in the designated fields
Devising & formulating HSE budget plans, execution strategies and control of expense
Designing training module as per organization need for employees & contractors; enacting safety guideline and safety manual for the project and introducing measures to control the hazards of the project.
Leading the aspect/impact study, hazard identification and risk assessment, equipment validations & safety audits within organization to foresee the potential risks and recommend control measures.
Administering scaffolding erection, commissioning and dismantling and worker certification; executing worker training plans & lifting plans and conducting daily tool box talk & mass tool box talk for the workers
As a leader Handled BU Projects, updated and Managed management system, pg fair process implementation.PG IMS system. Factories Transformer/GIS- service, Maintenance, Installation Jobs requirement was complied, and ensured competency training matrix is updated. Reviewed audit reports and used Intelex/Celonis /Adonis Management stem. ABRA/Method statement and Developing well competent team. ABRA/Methods statement/JHA. Fluent with HVAC system implementation and testing.
Handled Projects for PGHV and PGTR and management system, was lead in ABB fair process implementation. Site system implementations, TBT/Inspection and approvals. Coordination and Weekly meeting attendance,
