Overall Duties & Responsibilities:
 Attend to customers, explain them the products & services on offer and convince them to buy the same. Handle cooperate customers

 Accurate data collection and recording pertaining sales

 Respond to customer inquiries about prices, terms and conditions of service and provide customers with guidance quotes as sought
 Regular follow up on customer feedback; develop excellent rapport with the same and ensure customer loyalty and retention.
 Orders making and follow-up
 Quality checks on receiving level and making return to supplier action for low quality
 Giving advice on display format and repacks
 Inventory performance follow-up
 Shrinkage prevention and amendment
 Familiar with all product names & brands including their rates and other specifications
 Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers
 Exporting fresh produce to Netherlands (VBA) and Germany markets (BSI)
 Liaising with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors
 Producing layout plans for stores
 Forecasting profits and sales
 Making preparations for special days i.e. Eid fitrl
 Optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas
 Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges
 Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season
 Analyzing every aspect of the best and worst sellers (for example, the best selling price points, colors or styles); ensuring that best sellers are fully acknowledged
 Monitoring slow sellers; taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary

 Analyzing previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines
 Visiting suppliers and stores for best/worst seller meetings;
 Meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices with suppliers

 Managing, on jobs training and supervising staff
