1. Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
2. Monitor and analyze forecast demand and create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.
3. Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, and evaluation of supply chain factors.
4. Controlling manufacturing and delivery processes.
5. Manage and optimize all processes & activities for supply chain.

Responsibility: Export / Import / Customs Clarence / Distribution / Warehouses.
Rules and Administration
1. Create policies and procedures for logistics activities in terms of warehouse, freight, delivery…etc.
2. Collaborate with other departments and divisions to integrate logistics with business systems and processes.
3. Plan and implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems and processes.
4. Analyzing trend of network and implementing necessary changes as required
Shipping and Distribution
1. Ensure shipping goods in customs are cleared and delivered to the warehouse within the free period.
2. Coordinate with customs clearance, freight and insurance agencies for shipment discrepancies and reimbursement of damaged/lost goods value.
3. Ensure the goods are insured before they are shipped.
4. Coordinate with Warehouse, IT and Finance to do the needful before receiving the shipments.
5. Plan and monitor shipment tracking, and managing the deliveries as per scheduled plan.
6. Follow up with clearance team to speed up the process and avoid demurrage charges.
Warehousing:
1. Manage warehouse team with assigned coherent individual responsibilities.
2. Manage warehouse spaces for keeping items safely and organized.
3. Plan warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
4. Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets and equipment, and order testing, maintenance, repair, or replacement as necessary.
Team Development:
1. Guide the team members and motivating them to stay focused.
2. Set a goal and objective for each team member and to make each team member aware of his role and responsibilities.

Responsibility: Shipping / Distribution / Warehouses / P.P

1. Implementing managing director plan for the month.
2. Generate reports about the inventory and prepare production scheduling.
3. Manage inventory with AXAPTA SYSTEM (stock movements- minimum stock- maximum stock- materials-semi finished and finished goods management- all required reports).
4. Improve and Develop Warehouse flow of work (Storage, organizing, receipt, dispatch, etc…) to meet the updated company’s objectives.
5. Issue aging reports and follow up on expiry dates of all goods related to his designated warehouse (in-out and stored goods).
6. Manage the delivery of products from and to the warehouse and ensure meeting deadlines and timely delivery to the assigned destinations.
7. Monitor & Control all items on stock & identify the shortage.
8. Planning for items stock & follow-up the order with purchasing.
9. Physical inventory with all the mentioned systems.
10. Maintaining the implementation of the FIFO concept
11. Setup layout & space management; work organization chart; procedures such as SOP.
12. Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of
Goods; Shipment loading &transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
13. Planning, organizing and controlling of warehouse’ over-all operations.
14. Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
15. Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
16. Follow up & control daily absence and over time.
17. Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for
The security of the building and stock.
18. Supervise stocktaking and inventory management, as well as cost effective plans for storage and movement of goods.
19. Evaluate seasonal demand cycles, and plan needed actions beforehand

 Maintain all Material requirements planning on SAP.
 Supervising all the incoming and outgoing materials from the warehouses and directing them to related departments.
 Ensuring all information is accurately updated on SAP system.
 Assisting in planning for raw materials in coordination with purchasing and production departments.
 Supervise the chronological shelving (storage) & distribution of all stocks according to the expiry dates control in coordination with Operations Manager..
 Prepare periodic progress reports related to all warehouse and distribution activities.
 Control and monitor all transactions related to returned merchandise from market with sales management.
 Responsible for Health & Safety in the warehouses.
 Routing materials to assigned storage locations.
 Cycle count for materials cording to A B C classification.
 Follow up ERP program against with actual activities.
 Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
 Creation of daily work logs and transmission of same to corporate.
 Audit of daily labor.
 Improvement & development of warehouse.
 Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.
 Enhance subordinates’ well being and capability through training and give opportunities for promotion.
 Always research to improve all warehouse operations according to company’s objectives.
 Scheduling of personnel based on client-supplied schedules.
 Running shift with safety and efficiency as priorities.

 Manage the companys day-to-day items operations;
 Share in develop and implement strategies and plans for stock control.
 Finding sources to get items and providing the items to the production team.
 Annual adjusting and closing for the inventories.
 Handle all inventory transactions on SAP material management application.
