Key responsibilities:
•Led and supervised IT professionals and employees in IT operations.
•Led the design & implementation of new technology in the company as determined by its requirements.
•Running regular checks on the network to Secure systems and data integrity from any breaches or viruses.
•Periodichealth check of the servers, reviewing server logs to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions.
•Analyze business requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders across the company to develop solutions for IT needs.
•Work with budgets and manage estimates for upgrades.
•Offer technical support and skills advancement for staff.
•Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware, software, and licenses.
Key responsibilities: Day-to-day IT requirements of the company such as user accounts, credentials, permissions, and access rights. Respond to end-user Incidents and Requests and ensure all tickets arelogged, updated, and closed accurately as per the agreed Service (SLAs). Ensure the health, maintenance, and administrating of all servers on theNetwork including(AD DC, AAD, WSUS, FS, SAN&NAS Storage, and Hyber-V). Establishes and maintains Cisco Switches configuration including VLANs, port Security, Etc. Configuration and maintenance of network firewalls: Cyberoam and Dell SonicWALL. Perform data backup/recovery operations on IBM Tape Library and QNAP NAS storage using Symantec (Veritas) Backup S/W. planning and managing Microsoft 365.
Key responsibilities: Responsible for Installation & Commissioning, upgrade, and troubleshooting of different types of Alcatel lucent BTSs (Indoor and Outdoor Units). Trouble-Shooting of Site Down and instability reasons and repairing it including BTS Problems.
Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Graduation Project: Vertical Handover Implementation & Application. Project sponsors: NTRA, ASGA Tech, Alcatel- Lucent, Orange Cairo lab, and Systel. The project participated in Egyptian Engineering Day 2011 (EED) and was awarded by Ericsson.
