Quality Assurance:
Achieves quality assurance operational objectives through data analysis; completing audits; determining system improvements and implementing change.
Ensures quality assurance systems are in place to provide a high score in the external IMF audits.
Develops quality assurance plans by reviewing site quality scores; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; corrective actions, and verification procedures.
Maintains and improves quality of service by investigating customer complaints; collaborating with the operational management team to develop improvements across all sites.
Prepare monthly board reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends on non-compliant use of processes, corrective actions, and re-validations
Systems & Project management:
Leading role in defining and testing system requirements to support operational delivery against the minimum standard.
Working with the IT team to ensure the IT system development plan is updated efficiently managed.
Create a companywide procedure for requesting new upgrades to the system and action as the liaison person between the IT department and the rest of the business
1. Testing and compiling systems changes before release to staff.

13. Providing reports to stakeholder/partner of HRDF through KPMG each week.
14. Develop and test, building and maintaining the suite of reports to the business.
15. Training staff involved in the processes.
16. Running checks (auditing) to ensure that work is being performed to those standards.
