Job Description:
• Review, give comments and approves all the planning documents, submitted by the Contractor.
• Participate in reviewing and approving all submitted method statements before its scheduled start on site.
• Monitor contractor's progress according to the approved schedules and its updated versions and write to the contractor in case of any delay.
• Check Contractor's resources on site and compares these with the weekly reports by the Contractor and requirements of the submitted Programme.
• Handling contract administration issues.
• Monitoring Cash flow analysis.
• Maintain site diary through report collection and site visits.
• Determine cause of delay, and advises the project controls engineer on suggested remedial measures.
• Review all correspondence to Contractor to ensure its compliance with contract conditions.
• Reviews and evaluate all requests for time extension.
• Participate in reviewing and assessing all claims submitted by the contractor.
• Study the time element of all requested variation orders.
• Review the contractor correspondence on time and progress issues and prepare the draft for replies.
• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Participate in the progress meetings and any other meeting related to revision Programmes and claim analysis.
