I was looking for almost 300 Nurses, creating and updating a new policies and procedures, having a daily reporting system for each patient's, participating the training program. Recruiting and meeting the new employees, having a tracer visit for the patients, making sure the quality of Service is going smoothly with no complaints.
• 55rDoctors and nurses schedule arrangement, check the privilege for each doctor, interviewing the new nurses, monthly staff meeting, yearly performance appraisal for the staff, translation for, files and unit auditing, helping the staff in case of cannulation or difficulties in some procedures like cannulation or blood extraction either for peds or adult PT some Arabic PT, solving the problems, education programs follow up, maintain infection control, check all over cleanliness, check all the machine and equipment, make sure that the crash cart was checked
