My responsibilities are as the below (not limited to what is stated):
1) Hold full accountability for end-to-end & hands-on management of HR
issues, to make sure that the operation kicks off efficiently on (including legal
infrastructure, mass recruitment, onboarding and training, preparation of
employee manuals, etc.)
2) Updating, creating and enhancing HR polices & procedures.
3) Developing performance management system.
4) Support in introducing new motivation and work environment initiative and
support their implementation.
5) Managing the implementation of HR policies and the distribution of
announcements.
6) Responding to employee relations issues such as employee complaints,
allegations, and civil rights complaints
7) Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
8) Source and select candidates for vacant positions.
9) Ensure all legislative actions in terms of employee life cycle (logistics,
accommodation, visa processes)
10) Administer the disciplinary processes based on the local labor laws.
11) Designing compensation & benefits scheme for all employee in close
collaboration with Regional and HQ HR Management team.
12) Record, follow through, monitor employee data such as
entrance/leave/timekeeping/overtime/annual leave/absenteeism.
13) process payroll and to ensure labor law requirements are adhered to
throughout the employee life cycle.
14) Keep abreast of developments in the local labor law on a regular basis to
ensure relevant changes are made.
15) Preparing the budget for the human resources department from employee
development and annual increases - and all allowances.
16 ) Develop HR management reports and statistics, as needed§ Routinely
communicate and report the status of recruiting, open positions, hiring sources,
hiring costs, etc.
