As an HR specialist in a regional company, I'm responsible for the following duties over the group of companies and various branches (Jordan, UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia):
• Workforce Planning and Employment
o Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, CVs screening, interviewing and shortlisting.
o Administering pre-employment tests.
o Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
o Preparing the job offers, employment contracts and the Non-Disclosure agreements for all employees.
o Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed. Following issuing employment visa and Iqama for branches’ staff.
o Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, and promoting.
o Accept resignations; initial terminations; process layoff actions.
o Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
• HR Development
o Maintaining orientation training, on job training & external training plans.
o Scheduling training sessions & courses.
o Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
o Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
o Training Material/Presentation design
• Total Rewards
o Analyzing job duties.
o Writing job descriptions.
o Performing job evaluations and job analyses.
o Following up conducting the required evaluations (Probation, Special, and Annual) and taking the related action accordingly.
o Preparing the personnel actions (Appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, salary modification, annual raise) as well as preparing the official letters for the employees (Experience letters, and other required letters) for any of the Institutions and Government Corporation and Universities.
o Periodic meetings/Conversations with employees and getting their notes, affairs, problems, suggestions, etc.
o Following the vacation planning, daily attendance, leaves, annual and sick vacations, vacations balances, vacations request, payrolls and loans.
o Payroll
o Health Insurance
o Following the vacation planning, daily attendance, leaves, annual and sick vacations, vacations balances, and request, payrolls and loans.
o Overseeing hiring process, including coordinating job posts, CVs screening, interviewing and shortlisting, & hiring the right candidate.
o Preparation of special agreements with customers.
o Follow-up deficiencies in the audit files.
o Preparing auditing, accounting and tax offers for new clients.
o Following the vacation planning, daily attendance, leaves, annual and sick vacations, vacations balances, and request, payrolls and loans.
o Overseeing hiring process, including coordinating job posts, CVs screening, interviewing and shortlisting, & hiring the right candidate.
o Follow-up of employees’ affairs and their needs according to company policy and labor law.
o Arrange the invoices related to the work.
o Salaries calculations including (over times, bonus, personal loans, etc.) in addition to following the personal loans and deducting periods.
o Follow-up staff registering in social security and monthly payment.
o Administrative work.
o Following up and completing Engineering companies & offices affairs.
o Preparing works schedules and official letters.
o Drafting decisions of council of Engineers Association and following with the Stakeholders.
