 Define and lead the procurement strategy for all products and services which yields measurable year-over-year improvement in cost and quality while linking strategic plans to the company-wide vision and growth plan.

 Receive the requisitions directly from customer, identify the suitable suppliers, from the approved supplier list, obtain quotes, reviews and analyse quotations, process Purchase Orders/ Service Orders, verify for accuracy and completeness of the order.
 Upon readiness of order, arrange to move the cargo to required destination by selecting the suitable freight forwarder and route.
 Developing and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure service stability as well as tracking, reporting and improvement of supplier performance.
 Improving existing processes through continuous analysis and re-engineering; creating and implementing new processes to increase internal efficiency, transparency and compliance to corporate governance.
 Coordinating with the OEM and other suppliers in regards to the order processing and timely delivery of the parts and services.
 Coordinating between the customers and the inward custom clearance department in regards to the clearance of the material from the customs port.
 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
 Participate in exhibitions related to developers and suppliers for networking and continuous sourcing of vendors.
 Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers/ vendors to prospect for new business;
 Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
 Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
 Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales/purchase;
 Gathering market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends;
 Following up with the customers in regards to the payments.
