Liaises with Campus Life colleagues and students to ensure that Student Life programming and outreach incorporates and reflects the UAE voice, history, tradition and cultural values. Supports the Assistant Dean in enhancing an understanding of Emirati culture, history and customs for all students enrolled at NYU Abu Dhabi. Identifies ways to inform Emirati students about co-‐curricular opportunities and encourages them to participate in NYUAD Campus Life initiatives. Supports the different offices in Student Life - Community Outreach, Student Activities, and Intercultural Education & Spiritual Life - with initiatives and strategic planning. Represents Student Life at meetings with external stakeholders.
• Writing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), creating electronic database for the MoUs, and automate an online authorized template with the PI legal advisor.
• Establishing agreements and contracts and review them with the legal advisor.
• Leading and organizing the “Senior Design Projects (Ebtikar)” for engineering students for two years, that involved 300 Students.
• Arranging student exchange programs and creating an educational profound link between Emirati and international students.
• Accompanying students to different educational trips to United Kingdom, Korea & Japan.
• Identifying potential international University partners and lead high level meetings.
• Coordinate efficient logistics including effective communication and resolution of
transportation issues for all international Delegates from other respective countries.
• Promote the office of external affairs image via higher networking.
• Liaise with event companies to create successful events.
• Manage the media relations in high profiling events and tasks like “1st PI Engineering & Educational Fair 2013”
• Organize students’ educational trips in Japan, Korea & United Kingdom that includes logistics, counselling, follow up after the arrival and written feedback.
• Develop the department website internally and externally.
• Create a system for documenting the department paperwork both manually and electronically.
Coordinate with students, faculty and staff to ensure success of major campus-wide events, such as Orientation for New Students involving 1000+ constituents over 5 days.
Communicated with graduates to obtain updated information and input data to access program.
•Performed "Mock interviews" for the World of Work program, acting as HR representative and interviewed 20 students.
•Coordinated the "Career Fair Day” for 30 companies, ensuring smooth event execution.
•Networked with companies to collect information for student’s internship.

•Screened phone calls and visitors requesting meetings with the Vice President.
