perform the role of Project and Application Manager. Responsible for the successful implementation of different Banking/Non Banking applications.My responsibilities involved gathering business requirements and preparation of scope statements, project charter, to set up project plans and monitoring different project activities and insuring quality and that deliverables are met within scope, time & cost. Responsible for vendor and business communications and for system functionality analysis and process analysis, integration studies & functional level support for implemented systems.
Also worked as the Change Manager responsible for the Applications Area Service Level Management to control and enhance internal ICT Applications area processes and improve the service levels SLAs delivered to Business departments.
