Requirements gathering, acceptance, development and deployment of Qlik Sense/
QlikView apps.
• End to end implementation of business intelligence solutions, migration of QlikView to Qlik
Sense and conducting user training and app walkthroughs.
• Project planning, technical design, timeframe estimation and workflow management.
Maintenance of operational and business process metadata in order to preserve data
dependency structures.
• Documentation of processes, change management, internal memos and setting of policies
affecting the business intelligence unit.
• Implementation of best practices and maintenance of clear structure in solutions delivery
from development to deployment.
• Assist in UAT and offer support to testing teams along with resolution of issues.
• Scheduled management and business reports using Qlik NPrinting along with automation,
alerts and adhoc user reports.
• Administration of 200+ users across four locations around the globe apart from
troubleshooting and license and resource allocation.
• Solely responsible for generating one-page printed infographics used by Board of
Directors & Chairman in order to make high level decisions.
• Setting up of ETL using multiple data sources and daily incremental logic, creation of
optimized data warehouse and management and monitoring of end-to-end ETL to
application life cycle.
End-to-end cycle from implementation to development, deployment, maintenance and
administration of enterprise wide BI and reporting solutions using QlikView Server and
QlikView Publisher.
• Serving 10, 000+ multi-location enterprise users including GCC wide merchants and
participating banks.
• Management & administration of 7 Production/DR servers (including intranet/internet).
• Documentation - Creation and maintenance of QlikView project policy document and the
implementation of the same addressing policies for development, additional resource
allocation, change management, maintenance, reload and ETL policies, role allocation
and disaster recovery and downtime management.
• Design, development and execution of ETL processes. Dashboards and Adhoc reports
generation for business users using QlikView and NPrinting.
• Team recruitment, management, conducting interviews, setting goals & allocating tasks.
• Presentation and induction sessions to business users on dashboard usage.
QlikView solutions & support to 100+ multi-location enterprise users.
End to end BI solutions delivery using QlikView, determining business
requirements, maintaining direct contact with clients, liaison between technical and business units.
Support involving health insurance benefits, verification and disputes handling of medical claims
along with customer support to US based health insurance company - United Healthcare.
