Co-Ordination and Follow Up with the Sub-Contractors for the Smooth Workingof Plant/Site.
Timely Submission of reports to the Client and get Clearance Certificate from Clientfor InvoicingPurpose.
Allocation and Scheduling of Manpower as per the Siterequirement.
Organizing Weekly meeting for the reviewing of AMC and to full fill theCustomer requirements.
Providing Material requirement to the Purchasedepartment.
Co-Ordination with the Purchase department to make sure that the materialsare available as per therequirement.
Taking over of New Annual Maintenance Contracts and Handing over of Contracts.
Reporting to the Department Head and Analyzing the Costing ofAMC.
Reviews client’s inquiry if the tender documents are sufficient forpricing.
Prepare and review of shop fabrication drawings.Installations of all types of AC units.Preparation of Bill of quantities.Ensuring all HVAC equipments in accordance with engineering standards. Estimation. Planning and schedules of projects.
