 Performing adequate Credit Appraisals, Processing, and Risk Analysis for clients for both NBFI and Corporate sectors.
 Conducted detailed Financial Analysis of companies depending on the Operating Trend, Financial Ratios, Debt Service Capacity, Liquidity & Cash Flow, and overall Credit Risk to assist adequate conclusions and proposals.
 Establishing relations between various Key Variables and Value Drivers of the companies.
 Evaluated company specific Strengths, Risks, and Mitigants, along with analysis and stress testing of Periodic Covenants.

 Attending the Quarterly Conference Calls, analysing Results, preparing Summary Notes.

 Managing a team of 7 Analysts and Senior Analysts, while ensuring streamlined Performance Appraisal, Training, Mentoring, and random Quality Check of Reports.
 Providing work direction to subordinates and mentoring them to maintain complete focus on defined targets.
