Working as a lead for Seals R&D Portfolio at Flowserve India controls limited.
• Project management activities (Initiation, planning & scheduling, Execution, Monitoring and reporting) for seals portfolio to internal stakeholders
• Effective monitoring and control of project three constraints ( Schedule, cost and quality)

• Design of flexible production facility with focus on continuous flow of materials and information flow using lean practices such as pull flow, point of use materials, 5S, VSM, JIT
• Design and developed production assembly cell models to establish pacemaker point.
• Production facility planning using Enterprise dynamics and BEE Visio.
• Effective shop floor management activities focusing on sustainable continuous improvement and empowerment of shop floor employee for constructive suggestion and effective communication.
Project engineering, project management and consulting services for bulk material handling system of steel and thermal power industries.
• Lead engineer for routing optimization project of Jindal steel.
• Project engineering activities for Kalinganagar green field project 4X150 MW power from project kick off meeting to closeout.
• Project engineering and project management services for Amlohri steel raw material handling project for L&T.
• Few activities: charter entry, planning, scheduling, sequencing and resource allocation, preparing project specification report and feasibility report, detailed and fabrication drawing preparation and validation, Cost estimation, Technical and commercial bids evaluation, Negotiation and finalization of vendors or suppliers, monitoring and controlling project deliverable and milestone and project close out support.
Process assembly documentation for the automobile assembly station
• Detailed fixing illustration of automobile parts using VisMockup and Teamcenter
• Preparation of standard operating procedures using EPIcentre
• Technical meeting and troubleshooting with onsite designers and production engineers
• Preparation of bill of materials for material requirement planning
• Process and product optimization (FMEA) and focus on quality management
