• Cross verify line parameters, process test results and confirm to the standard.
• Support Assistant Manager in developing and maintaining the procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor defects in the line and suggest timely actions taken against it.
• Cross verify document and test records in timely and accurate manner. Escalate non compliance arise during verification.
• Coordinate to achieve team work to increase work efficiency.
• Actively engage in Sanitation, train and monitor line inspectors performance in CIP.
• Support Quality team members, and engage in active discussion with production and maintenance team to build confidence.
• Verify water parameters are meeting the set standards; take corrective action immediately if there is any deviation.
• Fulfill documentation and reporting requirements for the Quality Management program.
• Analysis of water samples including waste water, drinking water, Soil & sludge.
• In house calibration of analytical instruments.
• Maintain of Laboratory Instruments, & product related documents.
• Maintain all Technical documents according to NABL& ISO.
Analysis of all type of metal such as raw material & final product of metal by using VACCUME EMISSION SPECTROMETER.
Complete my Master Degree (analytical chemistry) in 2013. with 55 grade out of 100.
