Preparing the overview of launch plan for the market and executing elements as per guidance received from and in collaboration with principal executives (General Manager, Country Business Manager, Marketing Manager and Retail Channel Manager).
Leading the planning and forecasting of sell in and sell through function for two quarters forward which translates into the quarterly targets assigned to MHD LLC.
Preparing and executing account wise sell through and go to market plans.
Taking lead in handling the relationship with dominant operators (Ooredoo and Omantel) in Oman. Design co-marketing activities, finalize consumer offerings and manage sell through to both the accounts. Also in-charge of B2B sales for Oman which requires working closely with Operators, MDM suppliers and principal technical support team to deliver complete solutions to clients.
Managing Organized Retail accounts (Carrefour, Lulu, SharafDG, Emax, Extra, etc.) with respect to relationships with procurement managers, marketing, monitoring inventory and closing sales.
To liaise with the principal marketing managers to form ATL/BTL plan. Handling all financial aspects that include securing and monitoring the utilization of quarterly marketing budgets, affecting outgoing POs and payments to suppliers and submission of claims, tracking and reporting on closure. Appointing agencies for jobs executed externally by closing contractual proceedings with accord from legal and finance teams and managing them.
Played an integral role in reaching out to and on-boarding multinational brands as new business streams - from initial discussions to sign off.
Plan and conduct trainings, recreational events and new product launch meets for the channel.
Preparing the route plan for the sales team.
Product pricing decisions after analysis of grey pricing, competitive pricing and internal front margin targets.
Create and present monthly business reviews and quarterly plans to principal leadership teams.
DOS management and effecting necessary steps to maintain optimum country inventory.
Required to perform analysis of sales, trends and sales team performance.
Deliver channel partner team trainings with product knowledge and sales skills, mentoring and counselling within business scope.
Identifying new dealer accounts in untapped territories in coordination with Field force and sales team.
Coordination with principal and local logistics partners regarding expected consignments.
Retail experience of being a profit centre head.
