Currently working as the Tech Lead in Production Support.
Managing the team size of 15 members, takes care of deliverable, meeting SLAs, preparing roster for Shift coverage, plan the internal Training sessions to improve the technical competency within team.
• Qualified B.E (Electronics & Telecommunication) from VTU, Bangalore, India with significant experience acquired over the years in diverse areas encompassing Software Design & Development, Database Administration, Technical Analysis, Technical Architecture, Quality Assurance, Technology Management and Team Management across Banking Domain. Currently spearheading as a Technical Lead with Wipro Technologies, Bangalore.
• Well versed in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle with concentration on Requirements Analysis & Development, Design Analysis, Development Planning, Tools and Technologies selection, Estimation, Code/Design Reviews, SQA, Unit Testing, User Interface Design and Delivery.
• Proficient in conducting system study and coordinating with team members for product documentation, system design & integration, coding, testing and application maintenance. Skilled in designing, developing and implementing the workflow program, presentation and handling various phases of interface development based on technical specification.
• Excellent team leader with a unique blend of Technical, Functional, and Qualitative skills backed by strong record of facilitating cross-functional coordination for successful delivery of the Software Solutions.
