• MS Power BI implementation as new strategic BI solution for Emirates NBD - Identifying the strategic BI solution/application right from tool evaluation, architecture finalization, solutioning, capacity planning for organization, delivery plan and lead the implementation to Go Live.

• Carried out QlikView application implementation as an enterprise dashboarding tool for the organization from application installation with clustering to Go live as a single member role. Also led all the QlikView dashboard development (40+), administration and support, making sure right information/data reached to the user with proper data reconciliation.
• Developed various portfolio dashboards in QlikView for Retail, HR, OPS and treasury units. The development of Forex dashboard in QlikView led to 50Mn revenue for the bank
