Buyer communication regarding the sample garment; developing the new samples as
per the buyer’s tech pack & requirement. Developing the pre-production sample & size
sets sample for bulk production.
Conducting the tests for the samples as per the buyer requirements, Quality norms and
Standards.
Orders follow up. Daily communication with buyer and supplier. Regular factory visits,
just to keep a tab on vendors assuring of quality garments are produced as per buyer’s
specifications and shipped on time.

Colorplus) in two south Indian states (Tamilnadu & Kerala)
Managing the MBO network, Building good relationship with the dealers and Business
development through the expansion of current dealer network.
Monitoring the stock level in the franchisee stores and coordinating for the
replenishment of the same in accordance with the base stock. And Monitoring the
franchisee SKUs for their compliance with the set inventory level and display
Coordinating for the seasonal displays with the franchise and ensuring the promotional
displays are in place at the right time in accordance with the schemes & offer.
