Talent Acquisition:
• Coordinating with HR Heads in Group Level and Understand Manpower requirements.
• Sourcing &Screening of candidates through Job portals, Professional sites, Head hunting.
• Scheduling and Conducting Interviews.
• Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining.
• Facilitating Induction process for recruited candidates.
Learning and Development
• Coordinating yearly Training need analysis.
• Provide support for developing and implementing company total learning plan.
• Co-ordinate and implement training activities for the staff, supervisors and Technicians.
• Supporting to plan and Schedule for in-house training.
• Maintain proper records of training activities and staff learning history.
• Assisting to evaluate the training feedback and analyze the effectiveness.
• Tracking of training expenses and monitor training budget utilization.

Performance management system:
• Supporting department heads in Goal/Objective setting process.
• Conducting half yearly performance reviews.
• Organizing and monitoring annual performance reviews.
• Preparing and distributing promotion and increment letters.
Employee Engagement and CSR
• Organizing sports events like Cricket, Football, and Badminton.
• Organizing Blood donation Camps.
• Supporting in developing and implementing Reward and recognition activities.Eg.Best Sales Executive, Best performer of the month.
• Organizing and coordinating Family get-together, Cultural program, Health camps etc…
Training and Development
• Coordinating yearly Training need analysis.
• Provide support for developing and implementing company total learning plan.
• Co-ordinate and implement training activities for the staff, supervisors and Technicians.
• Supporting to plan and Schedule for in-house training.
• Maintain proper records of training activities and staff learning history.
• Assisting to evaluate the training feedback and analyze the effectiveness.
• Tracking of training expenses and monitor training budget utilization.
Statutory Compliances:
• Filing monthly and annually ESI/PF returns.
• Maintain records in all documents related to Labor Laws.
• Coordinating to obtain Factory licenses.
• Assisting to manage employees and unions to protect the organizations interest.
Talent Acquisition:
• Assisting and Coordinating with department heads in Manpower planning process.
• Coordinating in developing job description.
• Facilitating complete Talent Acquisition process.
• Coordinating Immigration department for recruited candidates Visa.
• Facilitating Induction process for recruited candidates.
Performance Management System:
• Assisting department heads in Goal/Objective setting process.
• Supporting in Talent Segmentation activity across the company.
• Supporting in half yearly performance reviews.
• Organizing and monitoring annual performance reviews.
• Coordination in preparation and Issuance of promotion and increment letters.
Full and Final Settlement:
• Organizing Exit Interviews and periodical reports to top management.
• Coordinating in obtaining No Objection Certificates.
• Preparing Full and Final Settlement statement.
• Obtaining approval from the competent authorities.
• Preparation and issuing relieving letters and service certificates.
