• Establish and strengthen relationships with departmental leaders Middle East and India regularly engaging in strategic meetings to understand specific regional hiring needs and objectives.
• Experience sourcing candidates from Job boards - Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Gulf Talent and using social media - LinkedIn Recruiter for various development and leadership roles.
• Manage customer requisitions for on-site projects in these key regions, ensuring effective coordination and communication with stakeholders such as End Customers, Business Heads, Delivery Heads, and Sales Teams for successful resource augmentation.
• Responsible for 360-degree recruitment process leveraging online recruiting resources and in-house application tracking system to identify and recruit the best candidates.
• Lead recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers in these regions, detailing job roles, formulating recruitment strategies, and integrating local market insights, culminating in tailored job descriptions.
• Enhanced recruitment efficiency by reducing time to fill Indent to offer TAT and reducing cost per hire by utilizing social and referral network through optimized processes, rigorous candidate screening, and strategic sourcing partnerships.
• Collaborate with HR business partners on finalizing offer details, with particular attention to compensation, relocation, and immigration issues relevant to Middle East regions.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and company policies within each region, upholding fair and ethical employment practices internationally
• Extensively used social recruiting and head-hunting techniques to fill senior executive and C-level roles in various countries.
• Responsible for recruiting senior IT positions like Project directors, Project managers, Technical Architects and mid-level roles like technical leads, senior developers, Quality Engineers, Testers and Business Analysts
• Mentoring and managing team of recruiters in choosing right sourcing channels and quality hiring
• Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing/recruiting strategies
