Key Responsibilities:
# Monitor HSE performance for regional operations regarding procedures & performances by conducting periodic Audits (Locational & Field) at above mentioned locations and jobsite locations for compliance against the Company HSE standards & Customer's expectations.
# Investigate work-related injuries and incidents for the purpose of reducing future incidents and minimize cost to the Company, at the same time ensuring personnel are returned to productive status at earliest opportunity. Participate in preparation of material and evidences for Company use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.
# Coordinate and conduct appropriate safety training programs designed to increase proficiency in safe working practices and promote safety awareness.
# Motivate personnel toward a higher level of HSE involvement and promote the participation of all employees in continuous improvement of their work environment by raising the general safety awareness.
# Monitor trends related to all employees work-related injuries and illnesses and facilitates resolution of companywide safety issues. Stay abreast of government regulations to ensure compliance and assists regional management personnel with the implementation.
# Part of the Global HSE Group in formulating companywide HSE commitment statement, HSE management system document, HSE manual, sub -- contractor's HSE manual, HSE audit protocols, global training programs, etc.
# Provide support in developing and monitoring procedures for disposal of hazardous waste. Monitor environmental program to ensure TDW is in compliance with applicable community, state, and federal regulations.
# Act as regional MR for ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 cluster certification for FEAP region.
