•Implementing UCCE 8.5 project on Windows 2008 Platform
•Implementing full UCCE solution with UCCE 8.5, CVP 8.5, CAD 8.5, CUIC 8.5, Cisco Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP) 8.5 and Cisco Unified Management Portal 8.5.

• Working knowledge on H323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, IPSec, MPLS and T38
• Management and troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
