• Prepare the bill of material.
• Testing sub assy. & final product while development.
• Develops manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards.
• Interfaces with outside vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly.
• Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data, to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
• Produce design calculations of all mechanical equipment, load path selection, including approval of drawings
• Develop preliminary sketches, layout, assembly and detail drawings using AutoCAD and Pro-e.
• Good knowledge of GD & T.
• Perform Finite Element Analysis using 3D CAD applications.
• Design, implement and test new products to achieve desiredfeatures and specifications.
• Participate in mechanical product design including product specifications, material selection, CAD design, and detailed product drawings.
