Under direction, performs a variety of professional level accounting duties such as reconciliation of SOA, preparation of LPO & service completion markings, performing payments according to ageing reports
etc...
• Arranging payments to the suppliers both local and international.
• Performing reconciliations of Statement of Accounts.
• Preparing LPO requests and service completion markings.
• Cash Controlling (Cash payments and receipts - both AED & USD).
• Daily cash report and summary preparation.
• Preparation of Cheques (AED) and Wire Transfers (AED, USD, EUR,
GBP etc...)
• Proven ability to operate cash register and manage drawer.
• Regular scanning and uploading of invoices & documents.
• Entering purchase journal vouchers.
• Verification of Ageing Report in monthly basis etc...
