Al Nowais Investments LLC, a large conglomerate established in the U.A.E. having diversified interests in Power, Water, Oil & Gas as well as Industrial projects in the region.

I was Responsible for taking care of overall HR function for GCC region as Head of HR.
Sona Okegawa Precision Forgings Limited (SOPFL) is an ISO/TS 16949 and an ISO 14001:2004 company is a joint venture between Sona Holding and Mitsubishi Materials Corporation, Japan. SOPFL was formed in 1995 and began commercial production in November 1998. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of Precision Forged (net shaped) Bevel Gears, Differential Case Assemblies and Synchroniser rings for Automotive and other applications.
I was responsible for taking care of overall HR activities for both Gurgaon and Pune Plants as Head of HR with a reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Directors.
During my stay with the company I was able to finalize the Management and Union Agreement which was pending for last so many years.
Moser Baer is a world leader in the development and manufacture of removable data storage media. Incorporated in 1983, the company is today one of India's leading technology companies and ranks among
the top three optical storage media manufacturers in the world. I was Responsible for taking care of overall HR activities for its Media and Entertainment Services in the capacity of Plant HR Head.
In addition to the above I was also an active member of various internal committees for employee engagement and was also a part of SA 8000 Quality Certification implementation team for Moser Baer India Ltd.
The Paharpur Group, a privately held company, was established 50 years ago. It has offices in Chennai, Baroda, Bangalore, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Kolkata. The factories are located at Kolkata, Kandla (Gujarat) and Sahibabad (near Delhi); it employs over 2500 committed persons. I was taking care of the overall HR operations as Head of HR for all the suite of 28 different services.
I was also acting as a HR Co-ordinator for ISO 9000 certification and HACCP Certification and was acting Management Representative for SA 8000.
ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Certified, Initiated in 1996 as a specialty hospital, had total strength of around 700
Employees.
I was working as a head of Personnel Department and was also acting as an ISO Co-ordinator for both ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 certification in the organisation.
All HR Activities
