• Switch: Company switching solution connects service providers with medical insurance companies/TPAs, addressing the complexities of disparate systems to reduce the friction in transmitting electronic messages between service providers and medical insurance companies/TPAs
Role: System Architecture & Design. Product Development.
• Pre-Authorization System: Pre-Authorization designed with a vision to automate 65-70% preauthorization. The system was enriched to check patient eligibility behind the back and auto fill 60% of preauthorization form.

• CCT: Claim Capture Tools was designed to integrate with providers/vendors HIS system and process claims transactions seamlessly with minimum of human intervention. CCT interacting with 1000+ providers/vendors and 7+ insurance companies. Comprehensive rules and validation inbuilt with the CCT which processed millions of claims every month with a minimum of technical or medical rejection. CCT transform claims and supported multiple data formats such as HL7, Json, xml, text, excel and pdf.
Role: Senior System Analyst, Product Development
• RCM: RCM is integrated with CCT to mitigate claim issues in the healthcare practice and identify where revenue leakage is occurring; to improve financial performance. DHS RCM module can be installed or integrated with the current HIS system at the provider.

• PHARMASURANCE: Company partnered with MEDISCORE to explore the ability to electronically adjudicate a medicine provider’s claim in real time against complex financial, clinical, and pharmaceutical utilization rules. The system is integrated with company switch, eligibility, pre authorizations and CCT.

• NPHIES: Company successfully accredited and transmitting NPHIES transactions (Claims, Pre-Authorization, Eligibility, Communications, Payment) from different providers seamlessly.

• MURAMAZ: MURAMAZ was designed to digitalize public healthcare hard coded prescription and transform them electronically and create an EMR. Muramaz was a joint venture between company and WIPRO and successfully digitalized 93% of the manual files. The system was developed using Microsoft technologies in back end of Oracle database.
