Customer’s issues / matter by liaising with Documentation/ Operation / Accounts. Dept. to
resolve the matters of Customers.

Transshipment issues of customers by dealing with Pod, T/s Port’s in order to provide the earlier connection & providing accurate details.

Dealing with Trade Desks, in order to get the approval of Change of Destination (COD), Re Export, etc

Customers, in order to get the overdue container’s cleared at POD.

Issuing Legal Notice to Shipper for the overdue container’s which are uncleared at POD on the specific time.

PSE / DSO Units - Coordinating with Customer’s, Operation’s & Sales in order to get back the PSE / DSO units back in our custody.

Vessel Follow up - Coordinating with customers to plan the vessel.

Vessel CBF - Coordinating with Central Planner for vessel planning.
Ensuring Proper Flow of Information on time with proper co ordination, for smooth working.

Additional Responsibilities:

Sales Back Up :

Quoting rates to customer via mail & phone

Getting rates by coordinating with respective trade desk / pricing.

Arranging customers requirement like special rates, free days, etc.

Filling rates & free days in system / pricing software.

Additional space arrangements by coordinating with Capacity Manager.

Doing market research, equipment projection, etc.

Preparing weekly & monthly reports.

Handling IMPORT EXPORT shipments in routed through Indian Ports
Managing the operation part of the shipment arrived for export and import.
Arranging the Pre-shipment quality control inspection from different inspection agencies and get the analysis results from them and then arranging the final inspection report.
Arranging other documents required for shipment E.g.:- COO, GSP, PYTHO, Fumigation etc
Taking care of the documents tracing for factory and dock stuffing of cargo.
Marketing and promotional activities for the business development.
Also taking care of the accounting part of the company.
Coordination with office network for the data exchange and information sharing,

Handle all the import activities and maintain the import database as line.
Coordinate with port of loading and port of discharge.
Making the IAL and EDIIGM submission to vessel operator and issuance of delivery order.
Coordinate with local CFS and repairs for container maintenance
Handling the customer query and issue regarding import shipment.
Maintaining Accounting part of import shipment and looking for the Collection of shipment.
Also doing Import Marketing and Promotion activities.
