Responsibilties
•Member Enrollment - Enroll the subscriber and dependents on various health plans provided by the client.
•Policy maintenance - Perform various contract maintenance operations such as change of coverage, cancellation/reinstatement of policy, add/cancel members, update personnel and geographical details on subscriber request, add/remove payment option etc.
•Send Fix letter to the policy holder - send fix or confirmation letter to the subscriber to update critical information on the policy .
•Mailbox operations- Take care of various clients request on daily basis, ensure that all the urgent requests are resolved within the stipulated amount of time and ensure the acknowledgement to the customer to be sent in time about the status of the request.

•Client negotiation - Negotiate with the clients about the business proposal with the company on various terms including monthly rent of the equipment, nature and tenure of the contract, Equipment specifications, shift, Operators documents, mobilization and demobilization of equipment, payment terms and conditions etc
•Senior level management support - Prepare quotations for the equipment on behalf of the company. Create, manage and update the database of hiring charges, overtime, billing details, Validity of equipment documents including PDO sticker, license, Safety and operator specifications including PDO permit, H2S . Keep a track of all these records and update management in time . Inform senior management if there is any emergency, work related issues, Operators issues etc

Responsibilities:
•Logging and Indexing of Claim Correspondence - analyze and Prioritize Client, market and internal Correspondences and index them according to the type of query.
•Query Resolution - Analyze the indexed queries, perform extensive search on various systems and finally send the resolutions for the enquiries to the concerned party.
•Claim processing - Receive various claims from the clients who are located all over the world process it according to the client specifications and procedures and send the closure to the bureau as well as non bureau market.
